I thought I would briefly highlight some happenings thus far this summer.
The last weekend of May, Brad's father came to visit us, and we had a great time going to the beach and sea world and cleaning up the backyard. He made our backyard look twice as nice! We also took him to Freebirds and he and Brad split the SUPERMONSTER

In June Allison, Brad's sister got married, so we headed on up to Portland for the festivities. We did a lot of helping with the set-up and clean up but it was worth it.

So most of Texas is in an UBER-drought right now so fireworks were only allowed over lakes and the ocean. I couldn't even find sparklers on sale!
Well Brad and I still wanted to celebrate the birth of our nation so we had some friends get together and had a fun little dinner and game night. No pictures but we had a great time!
