Towards the end of March, Brad had a short assignment down in Houston, so we decided to make a family trip out of it! Due to an address mix-up, Afton and I did a lot more driving than I had initially intended, but it was still a fun weekend.

Houston Zoo! Afton didn't seem as interested in the animals as I had hoped, but it was still fun.

Rockets game!
We couldn't go to Houston and NOT see the Rockets play! Afton did pretty well considering the game started at her bedtime. We put swimming ear plugs in her ears to help with the noise :)
We also took a bike cab from the stadium to our hotel. Best $12 spent ever.
We also got to meet up with some of our friends from BYU while in Houston. It is always fun to see old friends!
Not part of the Houston trip... but Afton has started climbing. Fortunately, there is not a whole lot for her to climb on :)
