Halloween Happenings

We had a pretty fun Halloween season here in the Morgan household.

We started off with our neighborhood trunk or treat a couple weekends ago. They provided the candy and we provided the trunk!

And the trunk

Next was the carving of the pumpkins for Monday's family night. Unfortunately Afton was asleep for the night, but here are the finished products:
 The "spooky" pumpkin
The Afton pumpkin!

Tuesday night we headed out to the trunk or treat activity for church. There was chili, games and trunk or treating!

It was a fun night and our little Boo had fun watching the trunk-or-treaters come by while she sat in her "boo" pen.

Then of course there is Halloween Night! Our Halloween decorations are still pretty scanty, but we did have a spooky ghost tree!

Afton already figured out what Halloween is ALL about.
CANDY!!

We had mummy dogs (aka pretzel dogs) for dinner and then we took some front porch Halloween pictures. I think this will be a new family tradition.

Do I know you?

You look AWFULLY familiar...

OH! You look like me! How exciting!

Hey Mom! This pumpkin looks just like me, huh Mom.

Afton helped pass out candy for a little while, then we put her to bed and sat on the front porch to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. Did anyone else see a whole lot of Avengers costumes?

Welp. That wraps up our Halloween celebrations - I hope your holiday was as fun as ours! (cuz there is no way it was more adorable)

BOO!
