Yes, I am finally making a Christmas post.
This year for Christmas we went down to Vegas to spend some time with my family.
A few things that made this Christmas extra special:
SANTA!!!
Christmas Eve Santa came to visit. Just in case you didn't know, Santa sounds kind of like Sean Connery and is a VERY funny fellow. And just check out that physique!
GOAT FACE!
Did I say goat face? Because Adam is actually supposed to be a sheep for our families' nativity. He could totally get an award for best nativity costume, don't you think?
And here is sweet little Mary
Hallie took this role VERY seriously. It was cute.
BELLIES
This is my dear cousin-in-law Liz. Who married my dear cousin Nathan. Nathan and I were born exactly one month apart. And our children will be about a month apart as well. Exciting stuff right?!
The Morgans
We were able to have a little game night with Brad's siblings, fun times!
Family Pictures!
When everyone is together for the first time in 2 years, pictures are a must.
Giant Trees and Flower Bears
We of course went down to the Bellagio Gardens and fountains to check out the Christmas decorations
VALLEY OF FIRE
After 3 1/2 years of marriage, I finally took Brad to one of my favorite hiking spots at the Valley of Fire national park.... the mouse tank. To make a long story short, a renegade Native American called Mouse was caught here by a posse led by one of my Great(add a few more Greats) Grandpas. And it is just a beautiful place to go hiking.
Zach decided to scale the wall, fortunately mother was not there to fret over his safety....she hates when the boys do this. :)
ROADTRIP!
Our fabulous adventure ended with us heading back home to San Antonio in this little beauty:

Yes, for Christmas we got a new (used) vehicle. A nice Toyota Rav4 to be precise. We bought it in Vegas because my Dad knows people and was able to help us find an incredible deal. We got rid of the nasty Mercury Sable. That car was just bad in so many different ways.
So at 35 weeks pregnant I drove 2 days home with the hubster... and it really wasn't that bad at all..... minus the whole stopping every 2 hours for the pregnant lady part :)
So that was our busy Vegas Christmas Vacation. We wish we could have had a little more time, but we had to get home to get ready for baby girl... more updates on her to come!
