Thursday I was bored... so instead of watching more episodes of Monk on Netflix I decided to turn off the TV and bake something. I decided on Halloween cupcakes.
I had envisioned something like this:

It's ok to laugh. I did. several times. Basically Plan A wasn't working... so I resorted to plan B which was "just get the darn things frosted already!" The one thing I am proud of is that the chocolate cupcake mix was made FROM SCRATCH. And they taste good too. The frosting... is too buttery for my taste, but still edible.
Also... Brad informed me that he prefers cupcakes over cookies... Lovely. Practice makes perfect right?

I think it was a pretty good effort myself!
I wouldn't worry too much...it looks like those other girls use the fondu-frosting, or whatever. And that's easier to put on and take off when mistakes occur. Plus, creamy is better :)
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! I will eat them if you guys don't want them :) I didn't know you like Monk! That's my favorite show!!
