Oh what a week! Here is a little Recap of last week:
Tuesday April 20 - Brad and I finished our very last college finals ever. All I have to do is my Teacher Work Sample (TWS)... which will be cake compared to what it could be.
Wednesday April 21 - I turned 22! It was a fabulous day. And Brad surprised me by making a cake! It was delicious.
Thursday April 22 - Commencement! List of graduates: Brad and myself, Brad's sister, my brother and his wife. That's 5. Brad and I sat with our parents while Taylor, Stasi, and Allison got all dressed up. We then had a delicious dinner with our parents
Friday April 23 - Convocations! As you can imagine it was a crazy busy day that started at 8 AM with my convocation with the McKay School (Stasi also had her's at 8 so I missed it). Walking was even better because my dear friend Michelle sat right next to me!
Next up was Allison's big walk with the Humanities school at 11:00. Another great ceremony. Then Brad and Taylor were up at 5 pm. Brad even managed to graduate cum laude. That means he was in the top 15% of the entire graduating class! (I was mistaken... its top 10%) Yep, he is amazing.
We are both thrilled to be done and are very thrilled for our move to the great state of Texas!

Apple Says Tipping Bucket is HOT!
This just completely made my day! My app that I helped develop for tippingbucket.org is now on the "What's Hot" list on the iPhone App Store!!!! I couldn't believe it when someone emailed me this morning telling me about it! So my daily downloads jumped from a handful per day to 500 yesterday. I'm not making any money off of this app, but that doesn't matter- this is GREAT publicity for Tipping Bucket, which is such a great cause!

This is the view from iTunes (FRONT PAGE!)

This is the view from the App Store on the iPhone (FRONT PAGE!!- AND MY NAME IS ON THE TOP OF THE FRONT PAGE SO THAT YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO SCROLL!!)
Well, if you couldn't tell, I am a little bit excited. I'm hoping to get an update out in the next couple of days! If you don't have the app yet, you can get it at http://itunes.com/apps/tippingbucket

Field Trip!!!
I got to go to the Dinosaur Museum at thanksgiving point with a class of 9 and 10 year olds. It was AWESOME!!! I loved every minute of it. Except for the part where we had to walk through an essentially pitch black room while still keeping track of 5 students...
For the last month I have been in a fourth grade classroom for my Practicum (essentially a mini-student teaching)and I have loved it. I was actually nervous to be in the upper elementary grades, and didn't know if I would be able to handle it. But I did just fine, and gained more confidence in my teaching abilities! (which is a good thing since I will be student teaching this summer!)
